While some other ministries were offering an online glimpse into their in-person services, only [this church] created an intentional experience to fully connect with people right where they are.

We found NL@YH because we weren’t ready to resume in-person services but were still seeking connection with God and the Church. While some other ministries were offering an online glimpse into their in-person services, only NewLife created an intentional experience to fully connect with people right where they are. We continue to serve with WhereYouAre.Church because we believe in the mission, ministry, and message of the church. We carry the Gospel to people right where they are, use good theology and pedagogy to unpack the scriptures and connect with those who might not otherwise hear and connect with the Word of God.

We really appreciate the holistic approach that WhereYouAre.Church takes in ministry. Our daughter is young, but loves to receive the Gospel and to connect with people. She enjoys the kid-targeted service material that the church shares each week, but also loves to worship with us in the ‘grown up’ services and connects with everyone that she sees there. She’s intentionally included whenever we connect with the VIP groups, and knows that she’s fully loved by this church. I really appreciate connecting with folks in the church every day as we study scripture together and share in each other’s prayers and praise reports. Because everything is made available virtually, it’s so easy to carry the service content with us throughout the week – like listening to the worship sets throughout our day-to-day work – and to share it with others. I’ve had more success inviting others to church in the past two years than I ever had in getting them into the doors of a physical church.

WhereYouAre.Church is effective in its ministry because of its intentional investments in these methods, but this effectiveness only matters because of the value of the message. The church isn't simply offering a social commentary, an academic treatise, or a social gathering; it seeks to bring the Gospel to a broken world, to invite others into God's work of redemption, and to empower each to become the person that they were created to be.
